Pima Dermatology, PC is recruiting for a full time Practice Administrator to provide leadership, direction, management and coordination of all aspects of a busy multi-provider dermatology practice. The practice serves medical, surgical (Mohs) and cosmetic patients.

Position is responsible for overseeing personnel matters, financial management, budgeting, operations, patient care services, professional support services, marketing and public relations. Also assists in the development of the strategic plan to support the practice mission and goals.

He/she will work in collaboration with the Providers to grow the business, while fostering a positive, professional environment for all employees. Position reports to the Medical Director.

Successful candidate will possess:

• Baccalaureate Degree in business administration, health care administration, or similar area.
• MBA and/or CPA or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills including experience with Electronic Healthcare Records
• At least five years of health care organization management experience, preferably including physician practice management.
• Strong financial background, with previous experience in budget preparation, billing systems and payor contracting.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and other regulatory accreditation requirements
