Terrain Racing Mud Run

Saturday, October 3, 2015
Old Tucson Studios

Pima Dermatology got down and dirty for a cause at the Terrain Racing Mud Run at Old Tucson Studios! Dr. Beal, Dr. Schram, and many staff members jumped, climbed and even crawled through gnarly terrain, fresh mud, blazing trails, and wild obstacles that tested their physical and mental grit. A portion of the fees was donated to the following organizations: Operation Enduring Warrior is a veteran operated non-profit whose mission is to empower wounded veterans, Arizona Oncology, and the Special Olympics.

La Paloma Resort / Ventana Canyon

Every year in the U.S., more than 335,000 lives are lost to heart disease (which is more than those lost to breast cancer, lung cancer, and AIDS combined). Steven M. Gootter’s tragic and untimely death inspired his family and friends to establish the Steven M. Gootter Foundation – created to preserve his memory and dedicated to defeating sudden cardiac death by supporting increased awareness, education, and scientific research.

We celebrated the 8th Annual Gootter Grand Slam tennis tournament which featured the Bryan Brothers, the most successful tennis doubles team in history!
