Effective January 1, 2024, Taylor Rock, MSN, RN, CANS will assume the refined and enhanced Director of Clinic Operations position! In her expanded role, Taylor will lead Pima Dermatology’s team of standout professionals in the General Dermatology, Surgical Dermatology, Cosmetic Dermatology, and Laser Dermatology program areas.
Taylor has been an integral part of Pima Dermatology since joining our team in 2018 as our Cosmetic Services Department Manager. Taylor’s extensive experience in the medical field, her nursing career, and deep interest in all sectors of dermatology make her the ideal candidate for this role. Over the past five years, Taylor has consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent patient care along with an ability to cultivate a collaborative work environment. Her promotion is a testament to her hard work and unwavering dedication to excellence. Taylor will flourish in this new position, leading our dynamic and multi-disciplinary Clinical, Surgical, Cosmetic and Laser teams with passion and purpose.
As Director of Clinic Operations, Taylor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Medical, Surgical, Cosmetic, and Laser programs, ensuring adherence to best clinical practices, safety, and quality standards. While she will continue to oversee the Laser + Cosmetic department, Taylor will work to reduce her cosmetic schedule to better balance and integrate the administrative functions of her new role.
When asked what she is most looking forward to in 2024, Taylor stated, “I’m committed to working with our incredible Medical and Cosmetic providers and Medical Assistant and Lab professionals to elevate operational efficiency, further enhance patient care, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence in all programs.” Taylor’s strategic mindset, approach to staff development, and ability to drive positive change will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clinical services, optimizing clinic workflows, and continuing to strengthen patient satisfaction.
