Meet Adriana Nova, BSN, RN — Our Expert Nurse Injector
We’re excited to welcome Adriana Novoa, BSN, RN, to our Laser + Cosmetic team. With over a decade of combined experience in nursing and aesthetic medicine, Adriana brings a unique mix of clinical expertise and artistic precision.
Adriana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona and holds advanced training in Botox, dermal fillers, and non-invasive treatments. She has a deep understanding of skin health and facial anatomy to provide safe, effective, and tailored care.
Prior to her role at Pima Dermatology, she held leadership and frontline roles, including Site Lead RN and Nurse Manager, and has worked with Southern Arizona Health Services and The University of Arizona Medical Center. She is also the former owner of Simply Beauty, LLC, reflecting both her entrepreneurial drive and commitment to enhancing patient confidence through skincare.
Fluent in Spanish and known for her warm, communicative style, Adriana delivers beautiful results with integrity and a personalized touch.
