TWO DAYS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
You will receive an initial email and text message to verify / update your patient information.
At this time, you will have the ability to upload a picture of your insurance card, if applicable.
DAY OF APPOINTMENT
You will receive another email and text message to complete the Check-In process.
You may pay any co-pay or balance from your mobile device up to 45 minutes before your appointment.
